I PRACTICE SAXOPHONE A LOT.
I used to practice in a big field in Boulder, CO. A beautiful field! I did this all the time for many years. I would walk around in that field, all day and (and sometimes all night, too), and play the saxophone. It's nice to practice outside - way better than practicing in a little practice room.
Ok, so under this big field, lived a lot of cute, little, prairie dogs. Story has it that I used to come out to this field and "play for the prairie dogs." That story became a big enough story that news came and covered it. Really. This is true.
Reporters from around the state - people travelled from other cities - came to ask me what I thought the prairie dogs thought about jazz. This happened. I swear. There is an article somewhere on the internet called. "Musician Insists He's Not Playing for the Prairie Dogs." You can look it up. It was created by a major television news network in Colorado. For realz.
This reallytruly happened and I have proof. Watch the video below. This was the best one, made by an actually really good reporter named ANNE HERBST. Original Denver Post Article HERE.
Ok! This is old and ridiculous. There are much more interesting things here. Share this with your Mom and go check out something on this site that I made on purpose. =)
